Panasonic Rewards (hereafter referred to as the “Scheme”) is promoted by Panasonic UK, a branch of Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH, a branch registered in England and Wales with branch number BR015033 and with registered office at Maxis 2, Western Road, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 1RT.

The Scheme is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Any further promotions or incentives offered by Panasonic UK will be subject to their own specific terms and conditions.

ELIGIBILITY

1. The Scheme is only open to members of staff of participating Panasonic dealerships (“Eligible Members”) who are participating with the permission of Panasonic and the owner/proprietor of the dealership. The owner/proprietor of any given dealership has the right to prevent their staff from participating.

2. Eligible Members will be invited to join the site and only those who receive the invite will be eligible to sign up to the Scheme. Panasonic will approve sign-up requests and only those who are approved will be uploaded to the Scheme’s platform.

3. Only individual Eligible Members can sign up to the Scheme. Should any requests be made by dealerships or on behalf of dealerships, rather than individuals, all incentives earned will be void and, once aware, Panasonic reserve the right to de-register any such accounts from the platform.

ELIGIBLE SALES

4. Sales are only eligible if they are a bona fide “Face to Face” sales directly to a customer in the dealership where the Eligible Member is employed. For the avoidance of doubt, online sales are excluded from this Scheme and awards cannot be claimed for such sales.

5. Sales must only be registered to the individual Eligible Member making the sale and no ‘pooling of claims’ is allowed.

6. Sales can only be registered for a period of one month after the sale took place and any claims registered after this time will not be validated.

7. To register a sale, Eligible Members must provide the date of purchase, correct model number and invoice number, the name of the sales person who made the sale and a copy of the sales receipt. Panasonic may, at its discretion, request copies of selected sales invoice from Eligible Members to validate the sales submitted.

8. It is the responsibility of each Eligible Member to check that all sales on their account are correct. Should there be any discrepancies Eligible Members must contact Panasonic Rewards at [email protected] or by ringing 0808 189 2128 / 1800 816 954.

SCHEME MECHANISM

9. Eligible Members will be sent an email from Panasonic inviting them to sign up to the Scheme. The Eligible Member will use the link provided to sign up for the Scheme (the “Application”).

10. Once the Application has been submitted to Panasonic, Panasonic will review the Application and either authorise or reject the Application. Please note requests sent from persons other than Eligible Members will not be authorised by Panasonic.

11. Once the Application has been approved an account will be set up in the system for the Eligible Member. The Eligible Member will then be able to add claims to their account. These claims will be verified and only verified claims will be eligible for rewards and will collect points associated with the sale uploaded.

12. When uploading a claim, Eligible Members must provide the name of the salesperson making the claim and the name on the receipt to ensure that this information reconciles. If this information does not reconcile, Panasonic will not verify the claim and no awards will be made on the basis of that specific sale.

13. Once the claim has been verified, the associated monetary value (in GBP (United Kingdom) or EUR (Republic of Ireland)) will be credited to the Eligible Member’s account.

14. Once the first claim has been approved and processed, the Eligible Member will receive a reloadable Mastercard with the first payment amount already loaded. For further claims, the monetary value allocated to the claim will be loaded to the same Mastercard.

15. On a bi-weekly basis, the Mastercard will then be loaded with the relevant monetary amount (in GBP (United Kingdom) or EUR (Republic of Ireland)) due to the Eligible Member for all the sales Panasonic has verified in that time period. Panasonic reserves the right to amend this time period from time to time and Panasonic will notify Eligible Members of any such changes.

16. The Mastercard rewards will be available for a period of five years from the date it is loaded onto the reloadable Mastercard.
